My Name is Sarah,
and I offer my voice and influence in the form of guided movement instruction and meditation training. I offer physical adjustments in the form of postural corrections as well as body work. Having practiced an array of modalities, exercise and massage styles, I’m more than ready to share with you the movements that have brought me so much peace!
